A small salon that takes waxing seriously
Bella Vida Wax Salon started in 2021 with one simple goal: give people a full body wax that is done properly, in a room where they feel relaxed and not rushed. No assembly line, no awkward vibes, just good wax and someone who knows exactly what she is doing.
The salon first opened inside a private suite at MY SALON Suite on Bridgeport Avenue. As the client list grew, Bella Vida moved into its own space at 439 River Road in Shelton, where it still runs today.
Everything here is handled by Amanda, the owner and wax specialist. She has been waxing for more than a decade, and most of her clients have been coming back to her for years. When you book at Bella Vida, you know who is going to take care of you every single time.

Before your first appointment
If you are new to waxing or new to us, there are a couple of things worth knowing. Let us know if you are using any acne medication, since some of them make the skin too sensitive for waxing. Try to arrive a few minutes early, and take a quick look at our salon policies so there are no surprises.
