We love all of our clients at Bella Vida Wax Salon, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Wax Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read.  Bella Vida Wax Salon is taking precautions with the care of every client. CDC has changed the guideline's for mask use. I know this must be a relief to most . We at Bella Vida Wax Salon will encourage but not require mask use while entering the building and during service's. We appreciate your understanding as for some can't have the vaccine and we would like to continue to keep EVERYONE safe.

Cancelation policies are as follows. Canceling an appointment in less than 24 hours will result in 50% charge of services booked. Canceling within 2 hours or less of your appointment will result in 100% fee of all services booked. Same for NO SHOW appointments 100% fee.

Late Policy is as follows. You have a 7 minute window to make it to your appointment and start of services. On the 8 minute mark you will be put as a NO SHOW and charged 100% of services booked.
